How does it work?

Step 1: We come to a mutual agreement on a reasonable rate 

Step 2: You will sign a contract with us saying you give us permission to host your home on Airbnb and manage it.

Step 3: We get the home ready, photo shoot it and list it.

Step 4: Once the listing is live you will receive your first weekly pay out exactly 7 days from the day it goes live. We take care of everything else you never meet or see the guest and don’t have the risk of having tough tenants in California. We don’t ever charge you nothing directly we charge our fees directly to the guest on AirBnb. The best part is you will receive your weekly pay out every 7 days weather the listing is booked or not that’s the risk we take.
